================================================================================

[ REQUIREMENTS ]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Script Hook V
• Script Hook V .NET Enhanced
• OpenIV or CodeWalker

[ HOW TO INSTALL ]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. SCRIPT FILES:
Copy the following files into your "Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\" folder:
     - VicePoint.dll
     - VicePoint.ini
(If the "scripts" folder does not exist, create one in your root GTA V directory).

2. TEXTURE ARCHIVE (.ytd):
   a. Open OpenIV and enable "Edit Mode".
   b. Navigate to:
      mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
   c. Drag and drop "VicePoint.ytd" into that archive.

NOTE: Anyone upgrading the mod from v0.1 or v0.1.1 to v0.1.2 should use the newest ytd file for improved textures.

[ CONFIGURATION (VicePoint.ini) ]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open "VicePoint.ini" with any text editor to edit:

• EnableVehicleCross = True
Enables the custom dynamic reticle while inside vehicles during active
aiming or shooting (drive-bys with Pistols/SMGs)[cite: 1]. Hides the reticle completely
  when idle or driving.

• EnableVehicleCross = False
Disables custom vehicle reticles entirely and falls back to vanilla
  GTA V vehicle targeting.

• AlwaysShowAimDot = True
Keeps the fine central aim dot visible on screen at all times from the hip,
even when not holding down the aim button[cite: 1].

• AlwaysShowAimDot = False
Hides the center aim dot during hip-fire and passive movement. Reticles and
dots appear only while aiming down sights or discharging a weapon.
